Questions General Admission Hospitality
Can I pay on the door, or do I have to buy tickets in advance? Please check website to see if there is still availability. If there is, please go to the Public Ticket Holders Entrance on Hurlingham Road for on the day purchases. Please check website for up to date availability. If there is, please go to the VIP Box Office at the Entrance on Broomhouse Lane for on the day purchases.
Do children under 5 need to purchase a ticket for Sunday? Children aged 0-4 are eligible for a Free Infant Ticket on Sunday. However, tickets for Children under 16 can can only be purchased with an Adult Ticket through the Ticketmaster Website. Babes in arms of under 18 months do not require a ticket but need to be registered by emailing hospadmin@polointheparklondon.com. All other children require a ticket for the hospitality area.
What does my entry ticket include? Access to all general admission areas. NB: Grandstand seating is unallocated and on a 'first come, first served' basis Access to all general admission areas and the Hospitality facility included in the package.
Is there a dress code? There is no dress code for the general admission areas.

If hot and sunny, sunscreen and a hat are recommended. If cool and wet some form of warm clothing or waterproofs would be advisable.
The suggested dress code the Hospitality areas is:

Friday - Gentlemen jacket or blazer / Ladies polo chic.

Weekend – all smart casual.

Is there access for visitors with limited mobility? This event has full disabled access throughout the event site. Hospitality has full disabled access throughout the event space including access to the welfare facilities.
Where can I collect my tickets? Please go to the Public Ticket Holders Entrance on Hurlingham Road. Please go to the VIP Box Office at the Entrance on Broomhouse Lane.
Some of my party will be arriving separately, what should I do? All General Admission tickets purchased prior to the event are digital tickets so must be transferred to your party before they arrive. Hospitality Tickets (only) can be left at the VIP Hospitality Box Office at the VIP Entrance on Broomhouse Lane - please envelope and label your tickets up for collection, however, please be aware there may well be queues at busy times. You are also permitted to leave the Event to meet your guests outside to hand over their tickets - see below for details.
Can I leave the park and come back? Tickets are required for entry and re-entry (if leaving the site, please advise security so they can give you a "re-entry" wristband, this and your ticket will be required for re-entry). Please note tickets are NOT transferable once you have accessed the event. Are dogs allowed? Dogs are permitted at in the General Admission areas of the event but must be kept on a lead at all times. They are not permitted in the grandstand (except assistance dogs) Dogs are NOT permitted in the Hospitality Areas, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Is smoking allowed? Smoking is not permitted in any structure, covered area of the site or in the food court but is permitted in outdoor areas and gardens Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas of the Hospitality area.
Is there parking onsite? Can I bring food and drink to the event? Only bottled water in plastic bottles is permitted to be brought onsite. No other drink (alcoholic or otherwise) or any food can be brought onto the event site. Baby food for infants can also be brought on site. You can move in and out of the Hospitality Areas at leisure.

Will there be lockers?There are NO storage lockers available on site.  There is limited cloakroom space within the Hospitality Area. All items are left at your own risk
Will there be phone chargers?There are NO phone charging facilities available on site. Limited phone chargers will be situated in the cloakrooms within the Hospitality Area. All items are left at your own risk
