Frequently Asked Questions

Parking
There is no on-site parking at the event. Much of the surrounding area is Resident Permit Holders only. Additional traffic restrictions will be in operation for the duration of the Event. We strongly recommend that you make use of all public transport links. Please refer to the map at the bottom of the page.

Children
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 2 years old do not require an admission ticket.

Food & Drink
Unfortunatley we cannot allow any food or drink including picnics onto the site. The only exception is plastic bottled water.

Please note that for security reasons all bags will be checked before you are allowed access to the park or club.

Dogs
Dogs are permitted in Hurlingham Park but not at The Hurlingham Club and must be kept on a leash at all times.

Dress Code
General Ticket Holders- Smart casual

VIP Ticket Holders- Glamorous. Gentlemen are required to bring a jacket or blazer for the Corporate Enclosure. Strictly NO shorts or trainers.

Entrances
General Public- Enter the park via Hurlingham Road

VIP Ticket Holders- The Ultimate Club Package VIP ticket holders enter the venue via The Hurlingham Club (off Ranelagh Gardens). All other VIP Ticket holders (Picnic, Tea, BBQ and Private Entertaining) please enter Hurlingham Park via Hurlingham Road unless otherwise stated in your information pack.

Cashpoints
Cashpoint machine will be on-site for the duration of the event.

Ticket Purchasing
General Public- On sale now!

What is the difference between a Grandstand and General Admission ticket?
Very simply, a grandstand ticket allows you access to a reserved seat in the grandstand for the entire day, giving you a better view of the games and entertainment throughout the day.

Hospitality- On sale now! Please see the 'Hospitality' page for more details.

All tickets purchased will give you access to all the general public bars on-site. Please note that I.D. (passport or driving license) maybe asked for when purchasing alcohol.

Launch Party
The Veuve Clicquot at Hurlingham launch party will be taking place on Friday 8th June. More details can be found on the Veuve Clicquot at Hurlingham page.

Please note anyone under 18 will not be allowed access. I.D. will be required.
